Q : What does this educational achievement means to you?
A : To be a better and an effective leader

Q : How long does it take to complete the educational goal?
A : One month

Q : How did you complete your educational goal?
A : Oh, that’s easy... just allowed my Club Exco to “push” me to present my presentations during and
every  Club meetings.

Q : What have you learned most from this journey - to achieve the educational goal?
A : I have gained self-confidence and also more proficient in my presentation skills.

Q : Any personal setbacks or limitations while pursing the educational goal? If yes, how did you
     overcome it?
A : I don’t think there is any that I could think of...

 Q : Any words of advice, inspirational quotes or encouragement - for members who are "trying" to achieve
      the educational achievement?
A : Just go for it!

Q : Do you have any future plans after achieving this award?
A : Whatever will be, let it come to me...

Q : Do you have a personal mentor to guide you on achieving this educational goals?
A : Yes and no but i would consider myself partly self-motivated.

Q : When did you join as a Toastmasters member?
A : In November 2004

Q : What does communication and leadership means to you?
A : With constant learning and training on my communication and leadership skills, I believed that I’m
      able to manage whatever tasks and challenges that arise or at hand.

Q : What does this educational achievement means to you?
A : It mean a lot to me because it shows my progress in Toastmasters and I can really see the achievement.

Q : How long does it take to complete the educational goal?
A : It took me nearly a year to complete it.

Q : How did you complete your educational goal?
A : I took some time to visit other clubs and gained knowledge and wisdom from those senior Toastmasters’ members.

Q : What have you learned most from this journey - to achieve the educational goal?
A : I have learned that if you are willing to take up challenges of trying new things; you would be amazed of what you can achieve.

Q : Any personal setbacks or limitations while pursing the educational goal? If yes, how did you overcome it?
A : Time was my greatest enemy as my work demands a lot of traveling and late hours.

Q : Any words of advice, inspirational quotes or encouragement - for members who are "trying" to achieve the educational achievement?
A : My advice is never take a break in between and try to finish what you have started; even if you can’t make it for your club’s meetings, then try going to others clubs. They are more than happy to help.

Q : Do you have any future plans after achieving this award?  
A : My dream is to complete my ALB.

Q : Do you have a personal mentor to guide you on achieving this educational goals?
A : My Club President, Meyyappa.

A : In 2006

Q : What does communication and leadership means to you?
A : It means that there is a way and a place to improve myself skillfully and practically to be more fix in this fast changing world.
